I have a very odd question: The character I'm going to be cosplaying wears a tiered skirt, but it's not exactly what you think of when you hear tiered skirt. The shape of the skirt it similar to the shape of a tiered cake. Here's a reference: img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20…. I was wondering if you had any idea of how to get the right shape?
